Who we are
Founded in 1990 by a passionate group of Lee County administrators, the Lee County Educational Administrators Association (LCEAA) was created to support educational leaders through challenging times. Back then, our founders recognized the need for a space where administrators could communicate openly and confidently, free from concerns about potential conflicts with the Superintendent or School Board. Today, we remain committed to that vision.
At LCEAA, we advocate for the unique needs of school administrators and work to ensure their voices are heard. We aim to empower and uplift our educational leaders so they can focus on what truly matters—providing high-quality education to the students of Lee County. Through fostering trust, collaboration, and open dialogue, we are dedicated to building a supportive and transparent community for all educational stakeholders.
Our mission is simple: to strengthen Lee County’s educational leadership, uphold the highest professional standards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of public education for everyone.
